INTEREST RATES STABLE / LENDING PROGRAMS CHANGING FREQUENTLY
I am starting to see more and more rate stabilization. however, this is a mixed blessing of sorts, sine the programs being offered are going through multiple "mood-swings" for qualification and underwriting. Programs offered by a lender one week are gone the next, nad then resurfce under different product names in subsequent weeks.
Investor ssentiment for real estate backed securities seems to mirror this seroes of events, whih is the reason why the shifts are occurring as they are.
